• 2.2 Content Ownership and Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content that you upload, post, or otherwise make available through the Services ("Your Content"). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to Your Content and that Your Content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.
• 2.3 License to CollabKart: By making Your Content available through the Services, you grant CollabKart a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, and display Your Content in connection with the operation and provision of the Services.

• 3.1 Transactions: CollabKart provides a platform for buyers and sellers to connect with each other. CollabKart is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers, and does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any products or services offered or sold through the platform.
• 3.2 Fees: CollabKart may charge fees for certain Services, such as listing products or processing transactions. Any applicable fees will be disclosed to you prior to using the relevant Services.

The Services and all content and materials included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of CollabKart or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of CollabKart's intellectual property without our prior written consent.

CollabKart may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. COLLABKART DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. COLLABKART DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL COLLABKART BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES, EVEN IF COLLABKART HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. COLLABKART'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO COLLABKART, IF ANY, DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CollabKart, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.

CollabKart reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on the Site and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
